Another important aspect to our service is that we are keen to involve you every step of the way. This is because we want you to feel completely happy with what we produce for you. If you don't like the way something looks then we'll change it until you do like it. It is completely up to you how much you involve yourself with the design.
Affordable
Even though everything we do is bespoke, that does not mean that we are expensive. It's true that we are not as cheap as companies who use stock designs or standard templates, but we feel that the extra attention to detail and the quality is certainly worth the small extra cost. We will also let you know every cost up front, there will be nothing hidden and we will not add on any extra charges. Quotes are free too.
Corporate look & feel
If you already have a company image then we can work that into the design in any way you wish. We are happy to use your choice of fonts, logos, layouts, and colours. These can be supplied electronically, but we can also take inspiration from existing printed matter such as business cards. If you do not already have a company image then we are happy to create one for you.
Professional approach
There are always many aspects to a design, and lots of decisions to be made along the way. We have many years of experience of web design and know which decisions we can make and which you need to have input on. We will also keep you informed of the progress we are making. That said, many designs are fairly simple and we would probably not need to get you involved until we had most of it in place.
Free advice & guidance
Once you are our client, we are very keen to get you involved and explain things you may not understand. We are happy to answer any queries you might have related to the design, or on web sites and hosting in general. No question is too trivial, and we are happy to give you advice on a wide range of topics (for example Search Engine Optimisation, publicising your site, and advice on structuring content and creating images). We aim to answer any queries by the next working day.
